I’ve built my career at the intersection of live events, technology, and leadership.

After graduating in 1997, I began my professional journey at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL, where I spent eight years working special events across the resort and traveling with the Walt Disney Company. Following that, I freelanced with several rental and production companies before joining LMG in Las Vegas as a staff audio engineer in 2004.

For nearly a decade, I worked on live events across the U.S. and internationally, before stepping into leadership in 2012 as LMG’s Director of Audio Services. In that role, I focused on growing teams, strengthening processes, and helping deliver world-class productions.

Today, I serve as Vice President of Technology at LMG, working with the Audio, Video, Lighting, Project Management, and Labor departments. My mission is to blend technical excellence with people-first leadership, helping teams thrive while ensuring that clients and partners achieve success and receive the highest level of service.
